The UHC member portal at activate.uhc.com is your secure online hub for managing all aspects of your UnitedHealthcare plan. Once your card is activated and your account is set up, you can use the portal to:
  • Activate your health care card quickly and securely in just a few minutes
  • View your digital member ID card and share it with providers
  • Check your benefits and coverage details, including deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums
  • Track and review claims submitted by your providers or yourself
  • Update your personal and contact information to keep your account current
  • Set up paperless statements to manage your Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) online
  • Add or manage dependents on your plan
